How do I get a price?+
Send us the origin, the destination, what the cargo is, and the weight or CBM on WhatsApp (+964 773 155 5590). A person checks the current rate for that route and replies with a number.
How long does shipping from China take?+
It depends on the route, the method and the season. We confirm the transit time for your route when we send the price, because sailing schedules, customs and port conditions change.
Should I share a container or book a whole one?+
Small loads go in a shared container (LCL) and you pay only for the space you use. Bigger loads are usually cheaper in a container of your own. The cargo calculator shows your CBM and what fits.
Do you handle customs clearance?+
Yes. Our team handles customs clearance on the Iraqi side, so your cargo does not wait at the border.
Can you collect from my supplier in China?+
Yes. Our Guangzhou team collects from your supplier, inspects the goods if you ask us to, and consolidates them before shipping.
Do you deliver anywhere in Iraq?+
Yes — we deliver to your address anywhere in Iraq, or you can collect from us.
How do I track my shipment?+
Enter your SMT reference or container number in the tracking box, or ask us on WhatsApp and we send you the status.
What is CBM?+
Cubic metres: length × width × height in metres. One 60 × 40 × 40 cm carton is 0.096 CBM, so 120 of them are 11.52 CBM.
