These terms apply to services provided by Shipment Company for General Trading and Logistical Services Ltd (“SMT Shipment”, Commercial Reg. No. 5258, Talary Shusha, Office 40, Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan Region, Iraq).

Quotes and prices

Quotes are based on the weight, size, route and goods you describe. The final price is confirmed in writing (including by WhatsApp) before shipping and may change if the actual weight, size or contents differ from what was declared.

Your responsibilities

You must describe your goods truthfully and must not ship items that are prohibited or restricted by Iraqi law or by the carrier. Customs duties and charges set by the authorities are payable as quoted or as assessed at clearance.

Transit times

Transit times are estimates. Delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, weather or events outside our control may occur, and we will keep you informed.

Loss or damage

Please inspect shipments on delivery and report any loss or damage to us within 3 days with photos. Claims are handled according to the carrier’s terms and any insurance agreed in writing for that shipment.
